End of Support Timelines for Jira Data Center and Timesheet for Jira by i4ware Software

Atlassian will end support for impacted Data Center products and associated Marketplace apps on March 28, 2029, at 23:59 PST.
After this date, Data Center products and apps will become read-only. No new purchases, renewals, or expansions will be possible.
Support will wind down in phases over three years, starting March 30, 2026:
- From March 30, 2026: New customers cannot purchase Data Center subscriptions or new Marketplace Data Center apps.
- Existing customers can continue to purchase/expand until March 30, 2028.
- All support and updates end March 28, 2029.
Bitbucket Data Center is an exception and will not reach EOL; instead, customers will receive a Bitbucket Hybrid License.

Atlassian will end support for the Connect framework (used for custom and Marketplace cloud apps) in late 2026.
Key milestones:
- After March 31, 2026: You can no longer push updates to Connect apps.
- End of 2026: Connect framework reaches full end of support—no more security or feature updates.
All custom Connect apps must be migrated to Forge, Atlassian’s new cloud app platform.
If you continue to use Connect apps after 2026, they will be “use at your own risk” and may lose functionality over time.
